Lisa and her great team have been providing the necessary direct care while also expertly supervising the multiple medical providers caring for my seriously ill father for more than a year. Their expert help and advice have been invaluable during the multitude of crises during this time. Without their help, advice, and hard work my parents could not continue to live at home and remain mostly independent. Lisa and her team have made it possible for the rest of the family to continue to live our regular lives without being consumed by my father’s medical care needs. Finally, being able to postpone the emotionally and financially difficult step of moving my father into the nursing care facility has been a huge relief for everyone. My Aunt now lives in an assisted living in Florida and for the past 2 years I have been trying to manage her affairs from New Jersey. While dealing with one of her health issues I just had to find some help.  What a blessing when I found Hand In Hand Care. Lisa and Racheal have taken such good care of my Aunt.  She is always giving me updates, making and taking her to doctors appointment and keeps the assisted living staff in the loop. We insisted my mother hire someone “medical” so we could better understand her needs and her communication with her physician. My mother was not at all gracious about it!
